Blog Uses

Since I have began to use the blog I have learned more things on how to use my blog in a positive way. For example, I've learned how to express what I feel and how I feel when I'm bored and when I have no one to talk to I have lot's of things for people to see how my emotions are. I use the blog for killing my stress and just saying whats on my mind. Since I've been intorduced to the blog I've beem using it more than other websites such as Myspace and Facebook. It would be cool if we got to go around our school district tell teachers and princiapls how a blog works and what it useful for.

Mr. Ron Major:
I’m writing to ask that you change the rule of kids not being allowed to ride their bikes, scooters, and skateboards to school. I ask that you set up a bike rack where the kids can put their physical activities away during class time. Since you are the principal I would expect you to know that most kid’s daily activities are their life. Not only do they enjoy riding there bikes and skateboards to school but it is an exercise in a different way that the kid’s don’t see.

I would like to see this change occur because kids get their play time activities token away because some adults seem to think it takes away the knowledge in the children’s life. If there was an outside rack for bikes, skateboards, etc then it wouldn’t be such a distraction with our learning. Summer is coming up and it’s very hot. Why walk in the hot sun when you can ride through it.

Thank you in advance for taking my concern into consideration to listen to what I have to say. I appreciate it and I hope that you will see the changes in children’s faces once you allow them to ride to school. I look forward to seeing kids enjoying riding their scooters and skateboards to school with out having to come home being on restriction.

Wisdom teeth

Today I got 4 wisdom teeth pulled and they hurt really bad. I went into surgery and I don't remember anything at all. I find it funny that as soon as I woke up from my surgery I was really hyper. Melissa kept telling me that I needed rest even when I didn't want to. I told her that I didn't want to be in the house all day because everyone was treating me like a baby and I didn't like it. When I got into the car I went to McDonald's because I thought I would be able to eat and I wasn't so I gave my food away to Amy,Marcus,Becky and Tierra. Amy asked me what was it the bag and I told Her "buga" and she laughed at me and told me I looked like a chipmunk. I have to put gauze into my mouth after every meal to stop the bleeding. I can't brush my teeth with toothpaste so I just dip my toothbrush into mouthwash. Everyone thinks I' m really cute when I can't talk right.

Letter

Dear Daughter,
During my days I’ve learned a lot about internet safety. I want to be a great role model on how to be safe over the internet. First thing to be safe Is to tell me what exactly you want to use the internet for so I can be aware of what your doing and who you are talking to at all times. Second of all If I am not home please don’t talk to any strangers you do not know or who make you feel uncomfortable. If someone is making you feel uncomfortable call me immediately. If a spam pop’s up and requires you to give you your name and personal information don’t even bother to observe it. Click out of it when you know it doesn’t look like a safe website. Don’t invite strangers over if they say they are your friends because not everyone is who they say they are and most of them are just sick.
I’ am not trying to ruin the fun of you being on the internet but it is only because I care for you and I don’t want strangers showing up to my house with out me knowing. To help you I will give you examples on what could happen if you don’t follow internet safety rules. You could post a picture and send it to the one who “cares” for you and this person can send your picture all over the internet and he/she wouldn’t be the only one saying he/she cared for you.

If you feel like you want to run away or you feel like you need someone to talk to. I will always be here for you when you and we can talk about anything. I care so much about you and I trust that you will listen to what I ‘m telling you and see that I do care for you and there is no reason to run away from your problems. If you need a friend or a supervisor to talk to then don’t be afraid to say what’s on your mind. It’s a good thing to hear you say how you feel about all of the stress and drama you have in your life.

Elena is a young latino female who was raised in Dallas ,Texas. She was alive when JFk was assassinated. She was in the ninth grade when the assassination occurred. Eugene is a young boy who Elena meets at her school. On the day of the assassination Elena was going to go over an study with Eugene because he has all honors classes and she needed some help on her school work. On this day the united states lost there President, John Kennedy. November 22,1963 was the day JFK was assassinated. Elena lives in "El building" in Dallas Texas. November 22, 1963. The day JFk was assassinated was very cruel to all of the Americans.

Career Day

Today I learned about many careers I never thought I would be intrested in. For example joining the army.I walked into the room the and the Army booth was the first thing that caught my eye. I thought about what the guy was saying and how he told me I could be anything I wanted to be If I just tried and put in effort. The second booth that caught my eye was the Firefighter station. When I was a little girl my mother used to tell me" Your dad is a Firefighter you know?". I was into waiting for my dad to come home so he could teach me everything about fire's and how he fights them. Then he came home and I realized my mom had got my hopes up for no apparent reason. Then I thought to myself "why wait for my dad to make my dreams when I can create them myself". After all I realized that becoming a Pediatrician was my dream goal. Today I ran into a guy showing me what my career could look like. I went to Career Zone to see how much I would make, where and when was that job avalible. I got to see the future of how much money I would make. After I have seen all the careers that intrest me I want to be a Pediatrician and be the future.

Earthquake

Yesterday when I was walking, I felt a random earthquake. I said “feel what?". I stopped walking to see what she was talking about. It was an earthquake that I had never felt before. I didn't know what to do so I just stood next to very tall glass doors and my staff yelled at me to move away from them because they could have collapsed on me. I ran home to see if my house was ok and all the pictures on my wall fell down. Blanca and I were laughing and were making fun of our reactions.

Don't beat around the bush

Sometimes I really hate when people beat around the bush and are so fake. It's really hard to be nice when all they do is lie to you.Sometimes I just can't take it anymore and I blow up.Maybe I should choose the right friends.Fake people make them selves seem so real so you never know they are fake until you get to knolw them.
