Romeo and Juliet

Today in class we are working on Act 1 Scene 1 in the play Rome and Juliet for Ms.Priester .I find it very hard to understand what they talk about.

APA use

The way APA is used is very precise. APA format is used to cite authors quotes. Citing a source is giving an author or a book credit for a quote they used. A writer needs to write a source when they use a quote from a book. When using a direct source they need to write the authors name and when it is an indirect source it has to have the book name. A reference is where you found the research from. It is made by typing it on the source page. APA format is used to cite all the direct or indirect quotes in someones research paper.

I Pray for my mom

Last Night I realized that boy's just aren't for me. I'm better off just being there friends than dating them. My mom is really sick and she need's help. I cried myself to sleep just thinking about how much I need her and how much I love her and I don't need any drama from any guys on San Pasqual's campus. I really pray my mom get's so much better. Lastnight someone did something that wasn't funny at all and I don't know what came to mind when he did that. Now I think about leaving S.P.A because I feel like I can't be safe here.

April 29,2010 San Pasqual Academy's Prom

On April 29th was my first high school prom. My date was Marcus Bradshaw and we wore purple. I was excited when we first got there because the hotel was really big and we had waiters that served us. The dinner was really good. We danced all night long and I was excited to see the smiles on everyone's faces. I took lots of pictures with friends and family. On the last song of the night I danced with my brother Jabriel. I was excited when I got to announce the Prince, Princess, King and Queen. Shaeed won King and Tai won Queen. Jabriel won prince and Sarah won princess. After all the dancing I took more pictures inside of the bathroom. The bathroom was really nice and instead of paper towels they had actual small face towels. I thought that prom wouldn’t go so well because everyone would be dancing with everyone’s boyfriend and girlfriend’s but everything went well.

Blog Uses

Since I have began to use the blog I have learned more things on how to use my blog in a positive way. For example, I've learned how to express what I feel and how I feel when I'm bored and when I have no one to talk to I have lot's of things for people to see how my emotions are. I use the blog for killing my stress and just saying whats on my mind. Since I've been intorduced to the blog I've beem using it more than other websites such as Myspace and Facebook. It would be cool if we got to go around our school district tell teachers and princiapls how a blog works and what it useful for.

Mr. Ron Major:
I’m writing to ask that you change the rule of kids not being allowed to ride their bikes, scooters, and skateboards to school. I ask that you set up a bike rack where the kids can put their physical activities away during class time. Since you are the principal I would expect you to know that most kid’s daily activities are their life. Not only do they enjoy riding there bikes and skateboards to school but it is an exercise in a different way that the kid’s don’t see.

I would like to see this change occur because kids get their play time activities token away because some adults seem to think it takes away the knowledge in the children’s life. If there was an outside rack for bikes, skateboards, etc then it wouldn’t be such a distraction with our learning. Summer is coming up and it’s very hot. Why walk in the hot sun when you can ride through it.

Thank you in advance for taking my concern into consideration to listen to what I have to say. I appreciate it and I hope that you will see the changes in children’s faces once you allow them to ride to school. I look forward to seeing kids enjoying riding their scooters and skateboards to school with out having to come home being on restriction.
